Do you have a brain?

Well, then you’re exactly who I’m looking for. Seriously.

This blog is all about how you can optimize your brain by understanding how it works.

So am I a psychologist?

Heck no. I’m no psychologist. I’m no neurologist. I’m no insert-name-here-ogist.

I speak and communicate in layman terms. I make things simple. It’s in my blood.

I do what I say

Any advice you read here in this blog, I’ve done it myself. I read and I do. I may not be a psychologist, but I sure know the effects of the things I recommend.
